Dear Dr. Vazquez and staff,

I would like to thank you for introducing me to the diet plan. I feel great and look even better. I lost 33 inches and 24 pounds in my 30 days. I am continuing to use some of the recipes from the book and still losing a little but the most important thing is I am maintaining my new weight. I have 2 new pairs of pants to wear and several new shirts. I went from a ladies pants size 14 to a "loose" 10. My shirts/blouses are all Medium from Large and X-large.

I try to do some type of exercise daily. I don't want to find that body I lost so I will continue to watch my diet.
